Much of my work has been in a proprietary environment. Becuase of this it is a challenge to supply work samples. The following are a small portioin of the work I have done.
Facilitator Guide
While serving an internship with St. Thomas Health Systems I worked on a project to create a seminar for nurses who are new to St. Thomas. I assisted in creating the seminar and was fully responsible for creation of the Facilitator Guide. The link below is to the zip file which contains all the files for the project. The project is LARGE so it has been split into mutiple files.

PBLBTS System.doc - Document of the Pioneer Bank Loan System
RBase Security.doc - Pioneer Bank used RBase for many things. I developed the security system. This document plus the next one explains the system and its use.
Loan Fee processing documents and files
The following files include a spreadsheet that performs the calulations for Origination and Discount fees and the documents concerning the use of the spreadsheet and the entries that must be made to the Mortgage Loan system.
